Day 7 (1st weigh in)
Today was our 1st real weigh in. I lost 8.8 pounds. I am SUPER excited and motivated. That is exactly what I needed. Looking forward to next week! Great job to everyone else :)

Day 6
Today was a great day! I went to Applebees for dinner and had a weight watchers meal. Who would have that would be satisfying! It was. Then I went out and shot darts and drank lemon water. I CAN do this. Tomorrow is the first real weigh in. We will have to see how it goes. Looking forward to it!

Day 5
I had a great day today. Food in check. I tried to take the dog for a walk today...holy cow was the wind cold. We got about two block and turned back. So it was step aerobics for 3000 steps (30 minutes) for me tonight. I am nervous for Thursday, but in a good way. I am anxious to meet the other competitors as well. Good luck guys. I think we all need it :)

Day 4
Today is the 4th day. It is tough to feel hungry. I can't remember the last time I was actually hungry. I am so used to eating to eat not because of hunger. I am SUPER pumped about this. I know if I put my mind to anything...I can do it! I hope to lose at least 5 pounds this week. I have kept my food under control and that is amazing for me. Talk to you soon :)
